Blackadder Goes Forth, The Play

It is 1917 on the Western Front of World War I, and Captain Edmund Blackadder of the British Army finds himself trapped in the trenches with another "big push" planned. His concern is to avoid being sent over the top to his certain death. Based on the popular television series of the same name, the play features a host of memorable characters (see below).
